

Today's students are the next generation of the hospitality industry. The ProStart® program gives students a head start toward exciting and rewarding careers in the industry, such an executive chef, general manager and restaurant owner.
With the ProStart® Program, students are hired for internships by qualified food service operations. They receive firsthand training from worksite mentors. In the classroom, lessons and activities are used to help students make real-world connections. Practical, lively learning takes place both on the job and in the classroom.
